Please post the rest of the DVD onto YouTube, it'll make up for the DVD not turning up, despite being ordered on the 10th and it now being the 20th.

Out of my hands mate - I haven't even seen the DVD yet.
(But I assure you there is one!)
I'm sure yours will be with you as soon as physically possible.
(I would like to point out that releasing the DVD in this way was NOT my idea!)
BUT there are a mountain more clips on youtube as of this evening.
