Fitness 1:Background

HEALTH ALERT: I just got cramp. In one of my legs.

OK so it's not that big a deal, but I was just sitting still in a chair at the time.

I got cramp without even moving.

This is worrying to me because I've agreed to go cycling tomorrow. And I've only ridden a bike once this year. In fact, I've got quite unfit in the last few months.

And the person I'm cycling with is, I believe, a triathlete.

Fortunately, she knows CPR...

Oh darlin, you're screwed.
I went for a casual bike ride with some triathelete friends in Cairns, Australia, when I was living there last year. Only 35km (really not that far at all), in 35 degree heat, on a bike I didn't know after not having even looked at a bicycle for over 12 months....ouch.
Smile through the pain, Suman, and let us know how long it takes for you to be able to sit down again.
Hot baths help...
BTW...I am having NO luck buying your DVD (including all links from your page etc...)...any suggestions?

Yeah sorry, there's a wee problem with the DVD ordering at the moment (which is why that part of the site is temporarily down).

I have been assured that it'll all be fixed in the next few days.

Your support is important to us so please continue to check every now & then (cheesy music plays)...

I was going to suggest that you see a doctor.

Then I noticed that tiny bit at the bottom

So I guess she's not a northern girl.

Best of luck - perhaps we should go to the orthopods together ... or, hold on, is this just a way of avoiding getting into a kilt tomorrow evening?
