Fitness 3:Afterwards

Cycled a 10k circuit around Richmond Park and, amazingly, I don't feel too bad at all.

I'm obviously not as unfit as I thought. Huzzah!
I feel great!

It was suggested in Fitness 1 that maybe going to the orthopods might help. Was just wondering what the orthopods would have done for a sore bum...hmmm... sore ass? Hmmm... ah... I'll refer you to physio... TCA 3/52.
